Garrett Gallegos Pitching in the PG Veterans Day Classic Championship Game

I had the incredible opportunity to photograph Garrett Gallegos, pitching in the Perfect Game 13U Las Vegas Veterans Day Classic Championship game as part of the Las Vegas Recruits (LVR 13U) — a moment I’ll never forget.

Garrett took the mound with confidence, composure, and determination, competing at one of the highest levels of youth baseball. In a pressure-filled championship environment, he trusted his training, his teammates, and his love for the game. LVR went on to win the championship, making the moment even more meaningful. Watching these young athletes come together, support one another, and celebrate the result of their hard work was truly special — both as a photographer and as a parent.
